I love this bank in Dowagiac. No wait and they solve any problems on the spot. Have had them bend over backwards for me!
Kathy is professional, very welcoming and always recognizes me and others. Her entire staff gets me out the door quickly, never having to wait in line or stress about my errand taking too long.
We like going to 1st Source. They may not know our names but they recognize us and are very helpful….everyone in the banking center. Like the cookies too
