All the tellers are very friendly and call me by name when I go in. That gives me a feeling of being cared for. I so appreciate our small town bank.

I love banking with 1st source, what I don’t like is going to this location. The people that work at the Lapaz location cater to locals and will make you wait without even communicating what’s going on. I have been here a couple of times since moving two years ago to Lakeville and dread going when I have to. This location has no atm so drive thru or going in are your options. Today it took almost 20 mins to make a withdrawal from my account. Minding you there are only two spots for drive thru. I pulled right in as the other ... read more
