I set up my account here about a year ago and they made it such a nice easy experience and every interaction I’ve had since has been amazing! Staff is always nice, quick and efficient! They are patient and thorough if you have questions and always have a smile on their faces. Just good people!
No wait time, teller was friendly and professional. Quick interaction to get my banking needs taken care of.
They are rude, slow, unprofessional, and racist. They will sit on the desk doing nothing and do not care about costumers waiting. Do not recommend it.
When I lost my mother in 2024. Situating her accounts seemed like it would be a mess. I had been dealing with two different 1st sources and once I ended up at McKinley, they seemed to make the process easier. My last time there Bruce was very helpful, kind, empathic and resourceful. He was very knowledgeable and talked me though every step of the process. He made the experience the most painless thing of dealing with my mom's accounts.
