I've never understood why anyone banks with 1st Source. I have used them before, and every time I have done so for something I always have "buyers regret" and "I know better, why did i do that?" and I end up leaving as quickly as possible. Sure, they have online tools. Compared to other options with other banks I know of, they pale in comparison. More fees, or regulations to avoid fees, than most places. Clean branch, open Saturday morning. There was a customer taking a long time in the line, a teller noticed and rushed over shortly after I arrived.
1st Source has always been my first choice in banking. I am retired now and opened my first bank account with 1st Source when I was 18 years old and I've been there ever since. I have come to trust 1st Source with my account. I feel very comfortable in they're friendly yet professional atmosphere. I will never bank anywhere else.
