This location is the best! Help is always ready when you walk in. The guy that helped me is always so nice. I highly recommend this location. I switched from a closer location because everyone is so nice here.
The team there is EXTREMELY helpful--they know their customers as people, and they work hard to help them with their banking needs. I can't say enough about how much I love 1st Source Bank! Kim in particular is AMAZING!!!! So so so helpful!!!
I've never understood why anyone banks with 1st Source. I have used them before, and every time I have done so for something I always have "buyers regret" and "I know better, why did i do that?" and I end up leaving as quickly as possible. Sure, they have online tools. Compared to other options with other banks I know of, they pale in comparison. More fees, or regulations to avoid fees, than most places.
