great people horrible bank pick a credit union they will fee you to death
We have been with this bank for over 40 years through all the name changes of the bank they are still the nicest people working there. We moved away over 11 yrs ago and but we have still kept the account there because even though we are a thousand miles away they take the time to do whatever we need, they do it right the first time. So thank you who work at the bank and always being professionals and kind Rita Mclinn
I tried to get a hold of a trust officer there and was put on hold for 5 minutes and never the courtesy of a callback or anything that represents common courtesy.
Our local Hebron Branch office used to be First National Bank of Valparaiso. They then sold out and became First Source. They kept most all of their people and it seemed to work out great. It has all the amentities of the BIG banks but with a personal touch and flavor.
