The tellers are always friendly and welcoming. They also help me make sure that my loan payments are paid on time.

Won’t reverse the over draft because Netflix messed up and charged me even tho I cancelled and Netflix’s is refunding me but the bank won’t now I’m in debt and I have had a lot of problems with the bank with them charging me when they shouldn’t from the bank I am changing my bank I regret dealing with this one and I will have all my family members change with me because we have had a lot of problem especially with people hacking in to 1st source and taking money out of accounts I do not trust them one bit
First source bank , has always been a first class bank , if you want fraud protection first Source won’t let anything thought they they consider fraud. They will call you Tex you are e-mail you about that purchase. Also they have a staff oh people who are there to always help you . If your looking for a safe place to put your money I recommend Frist Souce Ann.
