Worst bank ever. They was using my debt card. I will cancel it out. Now they saying I can’t get no more debt card. Will if that case. Give me my money. I shut my account down.
Kendra has been truly wonderful in helping me with a large number of deposits I needed to complete. She always treats me with respect and kindness, and her warm demeanor makes such a difference. I genuinely appreciate her support during this process. I’m so happy I decided to switch banks from Huntington to this one; my experience here has been really positive, and I feel valued as a customer.

Literally the worst costumer service on earth!! I would not recommend no one to open accounts with this bank i am a nursing student at Western Michigan University an was treated with no care with trying to cash a check during a tornado crisis was told to head to down town 1st source branch bank located in downtown Kalamazoo approach a lady at the desk named Mary told her my situation then I deposited $1000+ into my account just told me told after once I did that.
