Dealt directly with Jason Awad , owner and board member. Jason is very opportunistic in his dealing with clients. He misrepresented himself and the bank in our transaction. I will never do business with him or his bank in the future. To the contrary another bank has financed current projects in an honest, straightforward and professional manner.
Allegedly, I found evidence of fraud running throughout the company when I worked there. At the highest level. CCO acted as her own broker and was getting kickbacks each time for $15,000 along with ‘expensing’ $100 gift cards for staff at Xmas (who NEVER received any gift cards). When it was made clear who and what was going on ...the people responsible were quietly moved on (across the road to Bank of George). VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY. IN MY OPINION - HIGHLY UNETHICAL MOB.
This is an excellent bank! I always receive prompt and helpful service and have been using them for over 5 years. Kenda and Lizzie have gone above and beyond consistently to help with whatever is needed.
