so far i have only received an letter about my account for my bath remodel. that was dated April 28th 2025. this letter detailed my account number the amount of payment and when my 1st payment was due. no further contact. no statements, for either November or December. when i went to the web site made my log in and checked for confirmation on my 1st payment it does show they received the bank check and applied it to my account. But when i tried to pull up an statement for either month their system can't find any statemen... read more
