We had a terrible experience with this company. The loan officer assured us that we could get our loan approved even with us having a lean on the house for our solar panels, he said that they had done this before and it wasn't going to be a big deal. Well as the professional we thought he was we believed him and trusted him. We hired an architect to make our remodeling project floor plans and started talking to a contractor.
