1st Security Bank is by far my favorite banking institution. The bank manager David, knows my name and took the time to answer all of my questions. The staff is friendly and efficient, and so is the online banking center. NO MORE PHONE TRIAGE. I talk to a person right away when I call. If you are tired of talking to a robot, and pushing endless buttons to choose a category as to why you are calling, then switch your accounts to FSB.
I feel that the personal service I have received from this bank has been so exceptional that I have to leave them a great review, although they have never asked for one. They have caught international cyber criminals trying to buy designer handbags on the other side of the planet. Each employee knows me every time I come in without having to ask for my account number to help me.
