She was very empathetic and understanding with my situation with a prior lender, and she moved mountains to help me get approved for my home loan. I wish I had begun my loan with ShyAnne and 1st Security Bank to begin with.
Mike was very responsive and patient. This was our first time purchasing a home, and he made himself available whenever we had a question. I already told him after we closed, but while I wouldn't describe this as an enjoyable process, it certainly wasn't painful!
