What a fantastic experience I had with the team at 1st Project! It started with the help provided to select the most appropriate Specialised bike during the sales process, without over-spending. The service team were then equally attentive. I had a brake issue that was not obvious. Jay applied his in-depth analytical and technical skills to diagnose and ultimately fix the issue. His tenacity was greatly appreciated - thanks Jay! I have no hesitation in recommending the entire team at 1st Project.

Great store. Beautiful inside. Friendly staff that *actually* want to help you - and each employee knows their stuff, unlike other stores. Was able to hook me up with a 4-5 year old OEM part that was a pain to find - I will be returning. Thanks team.
