Exchanged helmet when found new helmet not up to spec . Changed brand , and new helmet excellent . Very understanding staff and lots of insights on selecting helmets

I had a really great experience with 1st Project. Nathan’s communication was excellent from start to finish, and he genuinely looked after me throughout the whole process. Everyone I dealt with was extremely personable and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better. Jay took the time to install a child’s bike seat for me, which was such a help. Terrific service here! Popped in with a smashed frame and my tail between my legs, nathan worked with specialized to get me back on the bike and jay helped me fine tune my position with a bike fit. Very approachable, knowledgeable, and speedy team. 10/10
