Awful, awful experience with my car loan. My loan has been paid off for MONTHS and I'm still dealing with them!
Business account holder since 2016. Had over $8,500 in fraudulent credit card charges from 8/31/19 - 9/4/19. The bank refused to cover anything. Additionally when I requested the Terms and Conditions/Agreement for my credit card, they denied it. They said "you are responsible for keeping the original copy of the agreement". I was wrong to assume a small, local bank would have my back in a situation like this. I will be fighting this, and will be taking legal action. I needed a loan release letter that I lost ( I understand this is on me) upon calling to have said letter duplicated l was told there is a $25 fee. I asked to speak to someone about the fee which I feel is exorbitant, I was told the fee was so high do to the "research" they must perform. When I pushed for an explanation of said research she talked in circles until I was told it's a flat fee and she than said "does that make you feel any better. no it doesn't. Poor customer service and lies to justify their fees.
Been using this bank since about 2012. Cashed all my pay checks here. Went to cash my paychecks today get told because I dont have that amount in my account I cant cash that check. First time I've ever been told that, in the years I've been there. Glad another local bank was willing to help

I’ve had several auto loans etc. over the years here. Today they charged me $2 to get a letter notarized because I didn’t have a current loan. First time in my life I’ve paid for a notary. I will never use this bank again!!
