Some staff are pleasant. Sunny at the Niskayuna or maybe Glenville branch now, is excellent. Very helpful manager. The banks owner or owners need to to take the leap into the twentieth century. They are still using paper deposit slips. The 1950's are long over. Someone needs to show them these new fangled things called computers.
