Bad Review – First MidAmerica Credit Union I attempted to make a mortgage payment on behalf of my deceased parent during the probate period and was met with excessive and unnecessary questioning. Requiring my Social Security number and asking about unrelated accounts simply to accept a payment was inappropriate and unreasonable. I don't see the purpose of online card app/banking app that says it can help you with a locked card when indeed it does not help you with unlocking your card. I don't see the point in having an automated system to "help" with card issues, when it indeed does not and half the time it hangs up on you. I don't see the purpose in Security sending you texts for card verification when Security indeed does not send any text AT ALL for card verification.
