Can't speak to a human on the phone.
Laura was not helpful at all. We set up a car payment through her to make sure it was done right… she set it up wrong and we were double charged one payment went to a savings account and then one payment went to a car payment??? Same thing happened last month.. so we called to fix it, obviously Laura didn’t fix it. Do not bank with this place they are horrible!!
