I don't see the purpose of online card app/banking app that says it can help you with a locked card when indeed it does not help you with unlocking your card. I don't see the point in having an automated system to "help" with card issues, when it indeed does not and half the time it hangs up on you. I don't see the purpose in Security sending you texts for card verification when Security indeed does not send any text AT ALL for card verification.
