I have had great experiences at 1st MA CU with staff and over the phone at all different branches. I am very impressed and would encourage others to bank there.
This is the 2nd time I’ve had to visit this branch and it was again a terrible experience. The first time I heard the lady sitting in the back yell and ask why k didn’t cash it at the other location (being it was a large amount) they were short on cash. First of all that’s not my fault you don’t order cash to keep a steady flow and 2nd of all I should have never heard you say that.
