I spoke with Carla at first MidAmerica Bank. We have been on the phone back and forth with first MidAmerica Bank for 5 days now. We could not get the problem solved. My husband even went into the bank physically. Finally I said just call one last time. Well luckily we got Carla. She is a godsend. She was so sweet and gracious. Didn't think I could get a credit card but never thought in a million years I could also get my car loan down from 21% to 12% but the girls at the granite City credit union did it and was so freaking friendly and sweet
