I received a phone call today 11-21-11 saying my application was denied cause of me having a credit score of 464. I just got my credit score from 3 places which says my score is 567.Now i know thats not very good. I was told I had to have a score of at least 550. Please explain to me how this can be.
Dont bank here! Their tellers are nice, but when there was an issue with their system, the manager or assistant manager, Nick, came over and was completely rude for no reason!! Look buddy, I am your customer! I dont care if youre on some power trip because youre "assistant to the branch manager" or not but your position still requires customer service skills.
