Got my credit/debit tagged for $150 over the weekend. No email or text or call from First MidAmerica like I would have from Capital One to see if it was fraud. 5 phone calls to the various 800 numbers. Brushed me off and told me to contact the business which I did. Business could not help me. Would not give me to a supervisor. Would not let me file a claim. Would not stop the charge. Worthless. Only able to cancel my card. Can’t even call about a new card until Monday.
