Was friendly very helpful. Teresa helped me with paying off my second mortgage, made the experience easy and painless. Service was as usual professional, polite, positive, and above all made me feel like I was the most important person in the bank. I only keep my accounts at first Mid because of the great service and staff at the Woodriver branch.
Debit cards should be available and given to customers when asked. If you wanna be difficult, just close. Customers matter folks! Not a i.
