Fought with my merchant about giving them a payoff letter. Avoided it, lied to me and my merchant. Said they sent it multiple times. I had to have my merchant call and tell them that she wants her payoff letter now. Shady company.
I have been with First Merchant for a number of years they are all wonderful ...I don't understand the low ratings that they have because they are always there to help with their friendly service and quick process!!
They are bad people and dont help their customers. I am not happy with how they operate.
This is the most unprofessional company i have ever worked with! they will fund you in as little as two hours but if you want a payoff, then good luck maybe in two to three days! What happened to full disclosure when doing bussiness? They must of never heard of it!!! If you use this Company prepare for lots of suprises not in our favor! Clean Rite
