I cannot say enough Good things about working with Andy. He cares about you as a customer, he is thorough, he is very understanding, very quick to respond, and gets you better rates than just about anyone. I look forward to continue working with Andy in the future and I will definitely be recommending him to anyone I know who is looking to buy a home.
This is the guy you need.
Andy treated me soooo terrible. I told him I found a home for $83,000. He said no we can find something better. Now he never called back and talk to other about me. Now the house is sold.
This company allowed someone with no credit to lock up a house I had for sale for 30 days just to lie to the buyer and tell them they could get the house financed. This also cost me money and lost opportunity. They also lied to my realtor and had little to no communication with him. I would not recommend this company to anyone
