I had an overall positive experience. I didn't experience any problems. I would have given 5 stars but I think their interest is on the high side, however; they have always been there for me when I needed them.
Came here and they were determine to help and would let me leave without helping me broke everything down and helped me with the best plan that works for me 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them to anyone

The manager Ashley is the rudest most disrespect loan person I’ve ever dealt with. I was sent and email saying I could apply for additional funds so I did. So I called a couple of time because I hadn’t heard back from them and she called me desperate and accused me of not using the funds for what I said I would. I will be paying them off soon and will never deal with another First Heritage Credit again. I’ve never been so offended in my life by someone in that business.
