Chelsea was wonderful this morning helping get a loan I needed.. She’s sweet and being there alone today she was very professional to everyone that called in or came into the office while working with me..
They were amazing very friendly and professional
Help came just in time when we were in a pinch. Last week Chelsey helped us out when we didn't even think we'd get approved. Very professional but also built rapport and didn't treat us like a number or just a customer. She took her time and explained everything step by step and set expectations in clear understanding while also showing good humor . I would recommend them to anyone in need. This was a prime example of approving me when others wouldn't!
Chelsea is always a great person in explaining most of the fine prints and have a great personality. I recommend her lending company to anyone who needs a loan, i've been dealing with them over 4 years.
