Very friendly and helpful staff.
Out standing service. One of the finest and most respected in the banking business. I stand either average or just above average. Having said that, I already had a current loan from 1st Gateway. Paid down for three (3) years now of $41,000, down to a little over $23,000, and I presented my loan officer with another loan and I was treated like a king, a responsible person that treated with respect. Credit Unions are by far superior in customer service and care.
