The people at this branch was amazing and patient.
I would not recommend taking a loan with 1rst Franklin Financial. By mistake I thought my loan was all paid off. I did not get one phone call, one email, or a letter in the mail notifying me of a payment due. I found out that I was still owing on the loan after I saw a late payment on my credit report. So I reached out to them and kindly asked them if they would take that late report off my credit, since it was a misunderstanding and I got updated on my payments as well.
