Please tell me why this place needed my custody paperwork, collateral, and basically my left arm and right toe just to get a loan when I have a previous loan with them that is almost paid off and a 645 credit score. Like who has time for all that? I asked if I could apply over the phone and they said yes then proceeded to tell me I needed to bring all this stuff to them.
