First Franklin have friendly workers that always greet you with a pleasant smile. I love the young ladies there and I'D recommend anyone to go there for a loan.

They do not accept partial payments and if you are late paying they block you from using the online payment site. I think if they wanted to get paid they would be more apt to accept the money however they can. Instead, they limit the ways you can pay and if you can't pay the whole amount you can't pay anything till you have the whole amount no matter how many months you are behind. They are not willing to work with you. Yes I am behind but things happen. DO NOT do business with them!
