Penny is very nice and helpful. She always goes the "extra mile" to try to help you and work with you. She is always a pleasure to talk to, as well as Ronnie. You could not ask for two better people than Ronnie and Penny to represent your company. Customer service is ALWAYS friendly and fast. Very pleased with this office and will not be going anywhere else. Try 1st Franklin in Sevierville and you will not want to go any place else.
