I once loved and appreciated how the company did business so much that I opened up a second loan. However, when the rep Shacana (name isn’t properly spelled but the office knows who I’m referencing). This female continued to speak over me well I explained the reason for my call. Just because you’re frustrated and annoyed doesn’t give you the right to disconnect the call and basically hang up on the customer while they are speaking.
