Excellent service! Nikki Lowery was welcoming and extremely helpful in meeting my financial needs. I was able to walk in and secure a loan in about an hour. I am very pleased with the terms of my loan and I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of personal loan.
My experience at first franklin is always great. They are all very nice people who will work with you the best way they can. I wouldn’t choose any other place to receive my loan from.
Me and my momma went into the office today to try to get her a loan. My momma is in a wheelchair and it hard for her to get around. We went to the 1st franklin on main st and there was a worker there by her self. She came to the door and opened it for us and invited us in to sit by her desk to try to help my mom. They wasnt able to do the loan but she went over stuff with my mom and talked to her like she was a person. She told my mom what she could do and wrote her name on a card.
