I have been using 1st Franklin for years now and have always been pleased with them. But ever since Cayla Surrett became manager it has really increased in hospitality and taking the extra steps to make sure they can help you best. I applied for a loan here about a month ago. I was denied due to a few circumstances such as student loans and not much credit history. A manager called me back a day later to ask me to apply again because there was an issue on their end which caused it to to deny me. I called back today to ask about this and was told to try applying again. I was denied again under the exact same circumstances.
