Previously, I had a fairly positive experience with First Franklin. Although rates are very high, process is fast. My second loan with them was a totally different story. After being with them for about 2 years, I kind of expected some courtesy and patience when I got behind after retirement. No such thing. I paid Dec late, and missed Jan and Feb.
