Great customer service, Great people!
I've used First Franklin for many years and never had an issue. That's why I've continued business with them. However, Virginia is a huge problem there. Anytime, I have spoken to her she is extremely rude. I'm debating on no longer staying with First Franklin because of it. I do pray for her and I pray whatever her issue is she finds peace and understanding.
The ladies were great! Very friendly and efficient. I love doing business with them
