Everyone in the Cartersville office is so nice and give you personal service. They take the time to explain the details to you and answer all your questions. Very poor business. Not friendly at all. I wouldn't refer anyone to go there. They are too snobby for their own good.
I took out a small personal loan and I was always treated like a valued customer. If I'm ever in need of another loan I will use their services again.
Do NOT get a loan here. They will sell your information to credit card companies and after your loan is complete you will get spammed with phone calls and snail mail with more "loan offers." If you want to be constantly harassed after your loan is complete, get a loan here.
DON'T DO IT!!!! if u get a loan from these people u will regret it. I had a loan from them & more than paid it off. they were overcharging me every month & charging me late fees constantly, sometimes more than 1 at a time, causing me to overdraft on other accounts, & even not reporting payments, whatever they could do to get more money out of me. in the end I had to give up on paying them. then they went way overboard to collect money, borderline illegal, & even took me to court. where a judge looked at them like they were a... read more
