Great service and wonderful people.
I received a notice July 14 saying they hadn't received my payment. They started this letter July 3, they mailed it July 11. The check I sent them cleared the bank June 23. They used to be a good company but have gone down hill in the past year. When I make my last payment I'm done.
Had a great experience. Carlos was very helpful in completing the loan process.
