I'm filling this out in real time. I called at 5:18pm because I had been trying for about 30 minutes to get the website to work. An associate answered and immediately asked me to be placed on hold. I said sure no problem and that's where I currently am as I type. It is now 5:30 ( the time they close) and I am still on hold. They then hung the phone up in my face.
