Brittany was extremely helpful and patient very professional
We got a loan through Brittany. She was very helpful on the phone. Seemed nice. We got there. No paperwork was completed. She kept saying “bruh” and being very loud and obnoxious. Like she was a teenager. She is not. A grown woman with children. She messed up the paperwork multiple times and kept having to redo them. But had to inform me she had been doing this job for 10 years. We had our one year old son with us, making it very hard to deal with her and entertaining our son that long as well.
