Took an original title in for a loan, paid off loan early. Waited 2 weeks for my title to be returned and never got a call from anyone in this building. When I called to find out all I got was a run around about The MS Dept Of Revenue Title Dept had lost my title. All the blame kept being out on them not anyone in this building taking fault. Called The Ms Dept and they explained how they never get the title, how it remains in the office and they just get sent emails with title numbers to be stored on who has liens on vehicle... read more
