It would be a 5 but today I went to pay my bill. And if I wouldve paid the day before they'd wave the late fee. So I asked can you wave it anyways this time because I pay every month. But the lady on the phone said the manager there today said I'm late every month so they're not going to wave it like I'm on punishment. I pay the late fee every time they make extra off me every month then. Felt disrespected and like I'm on punishment like a child.
