Poor communication. Improper procedures. Lack of integrity. Not impressed by my experience at all.
They are a great company always helpful always friendly. If you ever need a loan, they are the ones to go to the Barnesville Georgia office is the one I use and they are great people in there. Thank you for meeting my needs.

Every time I try to make a payment on their website it bugs out and wont let me log-in. These guys cant even set up a simple web site log-in. Also the 800 number on the site that directs you for assistance tells you that they cant help you either. Garbage institution.
