Getting a loan with them is a seamless process, however, I guess depending on who you are or if they feel up to working that day depends on their attitude and customer service skills. This is the second time doing business with them and my last. The first time was cool but this go round, two people in this particular office have caught attitudes with me otp concerning my account due to an error on their end. Disrespectful and unprofessional at its finest.
This place is awesome! Always helpful and nice when I come in. I absolutely love Angela. This will always be my go to place.
