Our airconditioner had been out since November of 2022. I've gone to wellsfargo, all in, and other companies trying to get a loan to get it fixed, companies that I bank with and have always been in good standings with. They wouldn't help me when I needed help. They kept saying wait six months, wait another six months, no not yet. I was refered to 1st Franklin and without any hesitation they helped me.
