Great Service
I find the previous review difficult to believe! I absolutely love this branch! The Assistant Manager always greets me with a smile, and has accommodated me on countless occasions with difficult transactions and requests. Many of my transactions require assistance from the manager, who is right in the front office, and runs at the call of her staff. The tellers are so sweet and efficient, and they always give me adorable like trinkets and candy when I visit!
I'd rather go to wells fargo where they open fraudulent accounts then go to this place ever agin! Worst customer service ever! The rude assistant manager pushes customers out the door but talking down to customers, being completely uncooperative and genuinely getting off on a power trip by saying NO to reasonable requests; all while the manager hides in the office and offers no help. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
