This is the worst credit union in the area. Unfortunately financed a UTV through this credit union with a small loan and cannot wait to pay this thing off. They charge a service fee to pay online with a card and the customer service is awful. I'd rather pay this loan off instead of continuing to put up with the way they've treated us. Not only that they had to send us a bill for a petty $10 or they will take us to court. What a racket. We will take our business elsewhere
Came in to cash some change I've had saved up- while there I asked about current interest rates on auto loans which led me to speaking with Luke. Luke gladly helped me and made the process smooth to refinance my truck loan right on the spot. I left without grabbing the gift card incentives for refinancing and he ran outside to give them to me as I was about to leave. I recommend Luke for any financing needs. Cool guy, great jokes!
Great Bank and Great customer support. I called all the Banks in Tomah asking them why I should bank with them? It’s simple, they offer more than the rest. This is hands down the best. User friendly. Thank you Rhonda for helping with all the checking and savings information/enrollment and spending a lot of time with us. Thank you Luke for helping us with our unique Loan Questions and solutions.
