Worst experience I ever had in a taxi. Ride was bumpy and uncomfortable. When it came to the end the driver demanded cash after I had used their online system to pay - will watch closely to make sure that the card is not charged or scammed. The driver was rude and combative about this. It was very unpleasant.

Very nice, the ride was pleasant, comfortable, clean and the conversation was joyous. 1st choice for a taxi especially veterans and military personnel because they have base access and can drop you off on the base and not at the gate.

1st Class Taxi is the best way to get to the Naval Aviation Museum. They have base credentials and know the security personnel to get you in fast. Uber and Lyft aren't allowed in the base. Driver was friendly and communicated with us well as we organized our group of 6. Highly recommend.

I did not use the service but shuttle 838 repeatedly changed lanes and cut people off without a turning signal. Did not appear to have anyone in the car so maybe thought it didn’t matter. Still not safe, rude and not a good look for the company.
