My family highly recommends First Class Moving and Storage. We have completed three separate moves through them and each one has been flawless. I wish I could remember each of the movers by name to thank them. Most recently our movers were Anna, Paul and Fernando. They worked diligently and did not stop until the job was done, which was over 10 hours! My parents have lived in their home for over 50 years and cherish their belongings; the movers did too. Terrible company. Damaged our property during a move and refused to cooperate with insurance.
We had a terrible experience with this moving company and I strongly recommend avoiding them. They charged us about $1,000 more than the agreed-upon quote, with no clear explanation for the extra charges. We also paid for a few days of storage, which was included in the original quote, yet they still added costs. During the move, they broke my office desk, damaged a leg on my kids’ dresser, and crushed several boxes — including ones clearly marked “fragile.” Items were labeled for specific rooms (Room 1, 2, 3, etc.) but ende... read more
