Wound up in a bind at 3pm on a Friday - laundry machine downstairs, needs to go upstairs, crew that was supposed to do it couldn't do it. Called 1st Class, spoke to a receptionist right away, gave my info for a quote. Got the (very reasonable!) quote back in about 15 minutes and scheduled a crew for the following morning bright and early.
