Hello we have called trying to resolve our issues with this company. we just called the company asking why Ben hasn't bothered calling us back or even attempting to get ahold of us to resolve our important issues.when we asked why Ben hasn't called back the woman on the other end said ill tell him to call... however we had already been told this so we asked who his boss is and she replied that its a corporation and not a family company when we asked who the corporation was she hung up. The guys who installed were very friendly got the job done. It's to early for us to comment on how the product works but our concerns were with the guy who came out to sell us the product...we were told that we would be first on Monday around 9:00-9:30 and they didn't arrive until noon and then we were told there were 2 other jobs in our area so he would be able waived the instillation. We were told by the 2 guys that there were no other jobs in the area. Did we really get any deals for signing so fast or was this just a sel... read more
