Used to be one of the best places to go, however since it has changed ownership it is awful. No one knows what is happening, people don't return phonecalls, no one knows where my receipts etc. Are or who has them. Definitely won't be going back.
Professional people great business
I used these accountants for the past 4 years for myself and for a relative for whom I am POA. They neglected to submit taxes TWICE during that time although I was charged for services completed. There was no apology or explanation other than in one case they “ forgot to push the button.” The earlier omission (2022) came to light when I decided to change accountants. I had a really great experience. The service was friendly and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The pricing was far more reasonable than what I have paid elsewhere.
