I used these accountants for the past 4 years for myself and for a relative for whom I am POA. They neglected to submit taxes TWICE during that time although I was charged for services completed. There was no apology or explanation other than in one case they “ forgot to push the button.” The earlier omission (2022) came to light when I decided to change accountants.
