Professional and accurate. Had to stay on top of them to get back to me, said they called (after I updated my number) but no call log evidence, which was a bit irritating but after staying on top of it they came through and I got my return this year. Lost 1800 last year because I “moved provinces” but I’m sure they know what they’re doing and it was a legit reason. Not worth the effort disputing that kind of stuff I know nothing about.
