Scammed and Disrespected – Stay Away! I had a terrible experience with First Choice Fax and Financial Services. On April 25, 2025, I trusted them to handle my taxes, and instead, I was scammed out of my refund by their tax preparer, Kendal Melton. After realizing I didn’t receive my full refund, I tried contacting Kendal, but she cut off all communication with me.
