I met Jacky Cota about 3 years ago at the Foothills Branch, in Yuma. She has been one of the most consistently pleasant, patient and helpful employees I have encountered there. No matter what my issue, questions or transaction I know I will be treated warmly, professionally and patiently. She is definitely an asset to that branch.
This bank underwent new ownership, and it’s now a OneAZ Credit Union. Going through these changes it has left me being dissatisfied on multiple occasions. Including not letting me control my card through the app, the ATM eating my money and not being able to get my money back for many business days. As well as if I try and call to get my problems sorted it out, they don’t answer tell the 4th or 5th call. I will be switching banks soon and do not recommend OneAz Credit Union.
Esteban Sarabia helped me open my checking and savings accounts. Very friendly and professional. I appreciated the ease of the process. I am satisfied with the outcome.
